Description

The robust transmitted light microscope for teaching and efficient laboratory work. Zeiss Primostar 3 microscopes are designed for brightfield applications; darkfield and phase contrast are also possible with the right slide and lenses. With two optional filters also polarization contrast.

The Fixed-Koehler versions of the Primostar 3 have a 20 mm field of view, four lens mounts and a 5V connection for additional mobile batteries.

The Full-Koehler variants have a 22 mm field of view, five lens mounts, a coded nosepiece, eco mode and light manager, which automatically loads the last set brightness when the lens is changed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Any in stock items on your order will be part-shipped on our standard delivery schedule at no additional charge. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer. 

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller. 

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
