Rectangular Chamber

Crafted from high-quality 316L grade stainless steel, the rectangular chamber is fully compliant with the European pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC and certified to PD5500:2000 Cat. 3. Its fully insulated design optimizes thermal efficiency for effective sterilization.

Touchscreen Control System

The state-of-the-art touchscreen control system serves as the standard operating platform across the entire range. With user-friendly prompts and icons, it simplifies operation while providing versatility for various sterilization needs.

Integral Steam Generator

Equipped with a high-performance stainless steel steam generator, these autoclaves deliver steam quickly and effectively, minimizing re-heat times between cycles and enhancing overall efficiency.

Vacuum System

Featuring an efficient liquid ring pump, the advanced vacuum system achieves vacuum levels below 50mbarA, ensuring optimal air removal and rapid drying of the load, which is crucial for effective sterilization.

Steam Jacket

The drying process is enhanced by a fully insulated stainless steel steam jacket that heats the chamber and load during the vacuum drying stage. This ensures any remaining moisture is dissipated, resulting in a thoroughly dry load at the end of each cycle.

Air Detector

To maintain the integrity of the sterilization process, an integrated air detector continuously samples the steam throughout the cycle, promptly identifying any air leaks or non-condensable gases that may compromise sterilization efficacy.

With a variety of chamber sizes available, including options for front loading and pass-through configurations, these autoclaves are designed for flexibility and ease of use. All models are equipped with castors for mobility and are designed to fit through standard doorways, making them an ideal choice for any laboratory setting.

Delivery Schedule All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Exemption The standard delivery fee does not apply to certain items. These may be subject to additional shipping charges, for example capital equipment items or dry ice shipments. Please contact our office for details.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Any in stock items on your order will be part-shipped on our standard delivery schedule at no additional charge. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
