Description

Feyond series multi-mode microplate reader has a high-quality detection performance which ensures analysis based on molecular biology, biochemistry and cytology.

In addition to the most basic absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence detection functions, high-performance fluorescence polarization and time-resolved fluorescence detection can also be selected.

Feyond A400 & A500 TRF wavelength range - EX: 200-1000nm; EM: 270-850nm TRF Detection limit - 0.05 pM

Feyond A500 FP wavelength range: 300-850nm FP detection limit: 5 pM

Features:

UV/Vis Absorbance (ABS) - Wavelength selection is done by using an advanced monochromator system. Any wavelength between 200 to 1000 nm can be selected.
Fluorescence (FL) - Fluorescence detection adopts the filter-based optics detection, which is composed of xenon lamp, filter and PMT to best fit the characteristics of fluorescent dyes.
Luminescence (LUM) - Feyond series luminescence microplate readers show excellent sensitivity and wide dynamic range in both glow and flash based assays. The optimised light path minimises signal crosstalk between holes and ensures the accuracy of experimental results.
Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF) - Time-resolved fluorescence is based on lanthanide elements as dyes. After the excitation light is turned off, the emitted light can still be continuously expressed and released, thereby eliminating the interference of excitation light and scattered light. Time-resolved fluorescence has high sensitivity, strong specificity, good stability, and short operation flow. It is suitable for ultra-micro analysis in biology and medicine, hormone detection, viral hepatitis marker detection, target cell marker detection, and drug screening.
Fluorescence Polarization (FP) - The optimised optical path design of Feyond-A500 combined with the performance of the fast switching polarizer can effectively reduce the detection deviation. This function is often used to detect the interaction between small molecules and macromolecules, such as the determination of drugs and hormones, tyrosine kinase detection, receptor/ligand research, protein/polypeptide interactions, DNA/protein interactions etc.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
