Scaffold Structure

Discrete oxygen and nutrient gradients across the scaffold interface, due to heterogeneity in pore size and distribution. This encourages cell proliferation and migration.
The PETG material has been altered to optimise surface roughness and improve cell attachment and proliferation.
The 3D PETG scaffold system has interconnected pores throughout the entire structure and is designed to easily culture and harvest spheroid cultures.
Scaffolds show rigidity and do not degrade ‚¬€œ perfect for long term culture of cells!

Cells demonstrate successful migration from the centre to the periphery of the scaffold, resulting in a balanced, confluent cell system that resembles the patterns of in vivo tissue.
Cellular proliferation ‚¬€œ the PETG material mediates cell division events, whilst minimising cell loss, resulting in significant expansion of cultures over a short space of time.
Cellular attachment and viability
Spheroid formation - scaffolds encourage the formation of spheroid cultures
Can be used with induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)

Standard Delivery £15.00 +VAT.

Delivery Schedule All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Exemption The standard delivery fee does not apply to certain items. These may be subject to additional shipping charges, for example capital equipment items or dry ice shipments. Please contact our office for details.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Any in stock items on your order will be part-shipped on our standard delivery schedule at no additional charge. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Return Policies

All goods supplied by the Company shall be examined and checked immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The company should be notified in writing within 48 hours of any damages, shortages or errors in the consignment. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the Company in respect of any damage or shortage after this time. Where there is a total loss of the Goods in transit, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice. If no such notice is given, the Goods shall be deemed to have been supplied in accordance with the order and to have been accepted by the Buyer. Goods that conform to the Buyer’s order may not be returned without the consent of the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to impose a handling charge of 20% of the net invoice value for returned Goods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any Goods returned, for whatever reason, if after inspection such Goods or their packaging prove unsatisfactory in any way. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any returns are free from biological and chemical hazard. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept Goods which in its view present a hazard to its staff or which may infringe the Health & Safety at Work legislation.
